Kathy Lookout: You can communicate well and cut poorly, or communicate poorly and cut well, either way, you fail your client and yourself. You have to listen, like John said. You must communicate well and then execute what you discussed and then show them how to duplicate what you send them out with. It's is so simple to keep clients happy with this formula.
