I do have course hair type 4. For a long time i have releaxed my hair, and cut my hair and for the last 5 years it's short. the products i use are: redken shampoo, leave in conditioner of Nexxus, gel no9 of Redken and a little of showtime wax. Technique great but overall not impress by the sheered scissors mmmm not make the hair crop look and not even in sections as you knw all stylist,prefer just point scissors work a little bit longer by texture it, and the ends of the hair wont look chop..but great video 14 minutes of my lunch..

Good video, good presentation, very relaxed... BUT,
1)I have styled hair in many states and provinces, and I have been told by many mentors that one method of texturizing hair close to the scalp creates volume as well, but I do appreciate his point of view I would've like a better explanation.

Very well layout and easy breakdown of the cut. I also am very happy he talk about the different kinds of shears out there and how they differ from straight edge, but I have to agree...i too might not agree to use those shears on every cut aswell. One tip to these videos...could the girl spend less time check herself out and gazing at the camera and pay more attention to the guest instructor of the show so it shows how important and interesting this information is towards our careers. Those professional you go to visit are taking their time out their day to do us all favors. I just think a little more respect in body language would be thoughful so more people will want to come foward and share their secrets of the trade.
