He is that super cool artist with this avant-guard look to him. His salon gives off a chic/clandestine mood to it; especially with those awesome expensive halloween decorations. Franc appears to be unique in his style as he has a gentlemanly twist to his personae. If he trains assistants and cosmetology students to climing the ladder in a due time manner as junior stylists and so forth, I feel that he has great teaching and mentoring skills as well. I love the long layered cut technique by Franco! I do a lot of clipper cuts and the clipper over comb technique by another gentleman was so very helpful. I work for a franchise salon where the haircut time is very limited and does not leave much for refinement work but your videos are very inspirational. Your website is awesome! Thank you so much!

Loved the technique, but wish the video hadn't been so rushed. It was hard to follow Franc because the segments didn't last long enough to fully understand it all. And what's the deal with Amy E? Why would she rest her chin on a stylist in the middle of a haircut? She was super annoying and distracting to everyone. Please do something about her. Thanks. :)
