thanks for excersing for neck and arm and hands..i have been cutting hair almost 3 years..YES, i have low back pain every time..Recently, i find out that when I spend aleast one hour everyday to walk a bit fast than walking that really helps to relieve the pain..so I recommend everyone should walk a bit fast like excersing that will help your back pain...When i walk , i try to walk up the stairs of the mall or the hill several times to make the movements for the hip area that really works...thank for his advice and meaningful video
